A: It helps us out if the areas that we will be cleaning are cleared of any small objects that might be in the way.

Q: How long does the carpet cleaning process take?

A: It depends on how much is being cleaned, but on average it takes one to three hours.

Q: How long does it take for the carpets to dry?
A: It should take no longer than two to three hours after we leave for the carpets to become dry again. We provide commercial air movers that help to accelerate the drying process.

Q: Will the carpets be safe to walk on after being cleaned?

A: Yes. The carpets will be moist, but they'll be perfectly safe to walk on. 

Q: Do you use any harmful chemicals?

A: No. We rinse out any chemicals with clean fresh water.
